Please note the restrictions below and remember to bring your proof of address with you e.g. Driving Licence:

• Only vehicles with an appointment will be allowed on the HWRC site
• Please be on time and attend the site at the time you have booked
Vans and other permit vehicles must be booked against the Vans and permit type vehicles service
• Site Employees may not be able to assist with unloading

Anyone not complying to the above will not be granted access to the HWRC site.
